• Lecturer (Engineering): Master’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering/Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering/Technology, Computer Science Engineering/Technology
• Engineer: Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering
• Officer Grade-II: Degree in Arts/Science/Business Admin
• Foreman Grade-II: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Tool & Die Making
• Instructor Grade-I, Technician Grade-II: Diploma in Tool & Die Making
• Instructor Grade-II: Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Technician Grade-III: Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science
• Technician Grade-IV: ITI in Electrical, Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance
